January 2011  Big Loop Culvert Engineer's Proposals for 2012 Warrant Preliminary Auditor's Report May 21, 2011 (DRAFT) The Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012 at 9:00am in the District Office. The Board will enter Non-Public session pursuant to RSA 91-A:3, II (a) for employee matters. The Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14th, 2012 at 9:00am in the District Office for the acceptance of two lots being offered as donations and for updates to the Highway Regulations Ordinance. Pursuant to RSA 41:14 a, a second Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 28th, 2012 at 9:00am in the District Office for the acceptance of the lot donations. The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2012 at the Madison Elementary School. Voting will be from 8 - 10am. The deliberative session will begin at 10am. Board of Commissioners Commissioners meetings are regularly held on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am in the VDOE Office. If there is a change, it will be announced on this page.
Notices of meetings or VDOE event notices will be posted on the bulletin board at the office, bulletin board near the mailboxes on Huttwil Dr. and on this page. Public Records may be viewed at the office by appointment Monday through Friday. |
